Paper House

Synopsis
The film tackles the problem of an unwanted child. It concerns the child who grows without being accepted and struggles with the feeling of being lost. As a result the child suffers from loneliness. The house is in this context a harsh facade, an illusion. The house becomes the reason for an escape, as well as originates an attempt to create an artificial world.

Biography
Martyna Hołda. Born in 1994. Graduated from the Department of Graphics, the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow. Metaphorically, she lives in-between trees and beyond time, painting that what is beautiful. Her interests embrace animated film (time-lapse technique) and book illustration.
