It's a film etiude about a painter who's visited by a person that came out of his picture. The title „guest” breaks borders between real and created world and it changes the perspective of our perception. The man alone in his room tries to paint a picture, but it makes him an unexpected trouble. An alien man from painted reality doesn't agree with interruption into his world, and he visits the painter.
